The Blue Mountains are 1h30 drive inland from Sydney.






The Three Sisters near Katoomba



We did 2 bushwalks in Katoomba.
1. Echo Point to Scenic World via Giant Staircase
2. Katoomba Falls to Echo Point
This took around 3hrs.

Cardrona Ski Resort

This is Cardrona Ski Resort.





It's so peaceful at the top of the slopes

At the base of mountain is the Cardrona Hotel - Built 1863
It hasn't changed since 1934.

Coronet Peak Ski Resort

Coronet Peak is a 30min drive out of Queenstown.
They will be hosting the 2009 World Ski Championship here, so the slopes are tough.

City2Surf 2008

We took part in Sydney's City2Surf 14km charity Run/Walk on Sunday.

The walk starts off in the CBD and ends on Bondi Beach.

Over 75 000 people took part

Sydneysiders wear some old clothes to the start line. After the start they throw all the old clothes on the pavement for charities to collect for those in need.

Seen as it was our 1st time we had to start near the back.
